2010 Fun FairTo celebrate 300 years of continuous Anglican worship in Canada, the Valley Region will be having a fun fair with live music, inflatables, booths, relay races, poney rides, outhouse races, cotton candy, messy games, popcorn food and more! 7 August 2010, Kingston Centenial Arena and parks.

The music will start at 12:00 noon at the bandstand. The line up will be:

Field Games (in the fields behind the arena):
Traditional picnic games and relay races from 12:00-2:00 p.m.
Water and Messy Games 2:15-3:00p.m.
Tug of War - After Messy Battleship (Around 5:00 p.m.)
Special Games:
Looking for teams and/or individuals for the outhouse races and to play messy battleship. Outhouse races start at 3:00 p.m. and Messy Battleship at 4:30 p.m.
Outhouse races involve a team carrying an outhouse through an obstacle corse. Messy Battleship involves a traditional game of battleship, but when a ship gets sunk, one of your teammates get slimed, pied or watered. If you are interested in participating, please leave a note. You can register on the day, but space is limited.
Inflatables:
A bouce castle, and an inflatable obstacle course will be on-site.
Chowder/Soup LuncheonTuesday, 27 July 2010 at the Middleton firehall. 11:30a.m.-1:00p.m. Sponsored by St. Joseph's Men's Guild. chose from Turkey Soup for $7, Corn Chowder $7 or Lobster Chowder $8 with Strawberry Shortcake or Gingerbread for dessert.
St. Anne's Regional Teen CampApplications are now available for St. Anne's Teen Camp from the Parish Office. This camp will run 15-19 August and the theme is Spirit Fire: Untame the Flame.
J.A.M. (Jesus and Mondays)To resume in September. J.A.M. is our after-school program for the young and young at heart. We gather on the 1st Monday of the month to share in crafts, games, and activities for the first part of the afternoon, then enjoy a simple and brief time of worship and end our time by sharing supper together.
Bible Study with Fr. Ed, held on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. in the Parish Boardroom has concluded for the season. Bible Study will resume in the fall.
Regional CouncilThe next regional council meeting will be Saturday, 18 September 2010. Location: TBA. Meeting and Programs are open to all people, not just members of Regional Council. Schedule: 9:30 a.m. Coffee on for early arrivals 10:00 a.m. Worship, followed by Meeting 11:45 a.m. - Lunch 12:30-3:00 - Programming
